Order Information
Can I send a gift message?
Yes! Any order that’s sent has an option for a gift message. If you are sending a Bloomie Box, each box comes with its own custom gift message option. Just fill out the details when you add the box to your cart.
How will the recipient know I sent them a Bloomie Box?
We don’t include any receipts in a Bloomie Box. If you would like the recipient to know who sent them the gift, please fill out the gift message when placing your order. Don't forget to include your name!
How quickly does the Bloomie Box arrive?
We pack all Bloomie Boxes within 1-3 days of receipt of your order (most ship out the same day), Mon-Sat. Once your box is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you will be able to track the delivery date.
How can I edit the Billing Address
We are not able to edit any billing information associated with the order.
How can I edit the Shipping Address
If you need to edit the shipping address, please email us right away at customerservice@theILYStore.com. If we haven’t shipped the package, we can change the shipping address. Once the item has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the Shipping Address.
How can I edit the note card?
Sorry, we can't edit the card after you have submitted your order.
How can I cancel my order?
If we have not shipped your package, we can work with you to cancel your order. Please make sure you contact us right away at customerservice@TheILYStore.com. Most packages ship the same day, so please reach out quickly if you need to cancel.
