NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") govern all giveaways ("Sweepstakes") sponsored by The ILY More Company, LLC ("Sponsor," "The ILY Company," "we," "our," or "us"), unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

 

Each individual Sweepstakes announcement will provide the Promotion Name, Promotion Period, Prize(s), Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), number of winners, and any promotion-specific requirements. By participating in any Sweepstakes, you agree to these Rules.



1. Sponsor

Questions regarding a Sweepstakes may be directed to Sponsor through the contact information available on our website.



2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Sweepstakes announcement, Sweepstakes are open only to:

  • Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia;
  • Individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, representatives, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

 

Sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.



3. Promotion Period

Each Sweepstakes announcement will identify:

  • the opening date and time
  • the closing date and time
  • the applicable time zone

Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.



4. How to Enter

Each Sweepstakes announcement will explain the method(s) of entry.

 

Examples may include:

  • completing an online entry form
  • subscribing to our email newsletter
  • commenting on a social media post
  • following our social media pages
  • submitting information through our website
  • other free methods described in the applicable Sweepstakes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Entries are limited to one (1) per person
  • Automated entries, bots, scripts, macros, AI automation, or other methods intended to manipulate the Sweepstakes are prohibited
  • Multiple identities, fake accounts, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to reject incomplete, illegible, altered, duplicate, or suspicious entries.



5. No Purchase Necessary

Purchasing products, making donations, or providing payment of any kind will not improve your chances of winning.

 

If a Sweepstakes references products sold by Sponsor, the purchase of those products is completely optional and does not affect entry eligibility.



6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.



7. Prizes

Each Sweepstakes announcement will specify:

  • prize description
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
  • number of prizes available

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes:

  • are non-transferable
  • are not redeemable for cash unless required by law
  • may not be exchanged

Sponsor is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.



8. Winner Selection

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

 

Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

 

Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection and administration of the Sweepstakes are final.



9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their entry, including:

  • email
  • direct message
  • telephone; or
  • another reasonable method

Potential winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the applicable Sweepstakes announcement.

 

Failure to respond, failure to provide requested information, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.



10. Verification

Sponsor may require winners to:

  • verify identity
  • verify age
  • verify eligibility
  • complete an Affidavit of Eligibility
  • execute a Liability Release
  • execute a Publicity Release where permitted by law
  • complete any tax documentation required by law

Failure to complete required documentation may result in disqualification.



11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.

 

If required by law, Sponsor may issue applicable IRS tax forms.



12. Shipping

Unless otherwise specified:

  • prizes will be shipped only to eligible U.S. addresses
  • Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Sponsor is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after delivery to the carrier

Sponsor may require winners to provide a valid mailing address.



13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's:

  • name
  • city and state
  • likeness
  • photographs
  • submitted content
  • statements regarding the Sweepstakes

for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation.



14. User Content

If a Sweepstakes requires submission of photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, stories, or other content, entrants represent that:

  • they own or have permission to submit the content
  • the content does not infringe another person's rights
  • the content is not defamatory, unlawful, or offensive

By submitting content, entrants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, display, distribute, and promote the submitted content in connection with Sponsor's business and marketing.



15. Prohibited Conduct

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • violates these Rules
  • uses fraudulent methods
  • attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes
  • creates multiple accounts
  • uses bots or automated software
  • harasses Sponsor or other entrants
  • provides false information

Sponsor may prohibit future participation by individuals who engage in prohibited conduct.



16. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • interrupted internet service
  • website outages
  • social media outages
  • lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries
  • hardware or software failures
  • human error
  • technical malfunctions

Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.



17. Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, public health emergencies, natural disasters, acts of God, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.



18. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.



19. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from participation in any Sweepstakes.

 

Sponsor's total liability shall not exceed the actual value of the prize awarded.



20. Privacy

Information collected in connection with a Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

 

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's use of submitted information for Sweepstakes administration and any additional purposes for which the participant has separately provided consent.



21. Social Media Disclaimer

Any Sweepstakes promoted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), or other social media platforms is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

 

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to the applicable social media platform.



22. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Any dispute relating to a Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.



23. Winner List

Where required by law or requested by participants, Sponsor may make the first name, last initial, city, and state of winners available after the conclusion of the applicable Sweepstakes.

 

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes ends.



24. Promotion-Specific Terms

Each Sweepstakes announcement will identify the specific details applicable to that promotion, including:

  • Promotion name
  • Promotion period
  • Prize description
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
  • Number of winners
  • Entry method
  • Entry limits
  • Winner selection date
  • Winner notification method
  • Any additional eligibility restrictions

If a conflict exists between these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the promotion-specific announcement, the promotion-specific announcement will control only with respect to those specific terms.



25. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in any Sweepstakes sponsored by The ILY More Company, LLC constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
